Be sure that at the conclusion of every teaching or any other interview,it is generally known that the final question will be “Do you have any questions to ask?”. Not many candidates say ” yes,i do”,the interviewer is usually faced with no’s. Would it not impress the interviewer when they are informed that you have questions or a question? Always remember that the questions shouldn’t be just about anything. Remember that the question should be carefully thought about and with flattery. Ask a question with compliments as to the school, the teachers, the school district or administration or anything but it should be about the school and nothing beyond it. Not only will the interviewer be given an opportunity to boast further but also will be led to think that you observe  the school at such a high regard.

Take for example,a complimentary question which may be asked to the interviewer: “The administration of this school is regarded to be of high standard, what makes the administration of this school different from that of others?”. You should usually start a question with a compliment and connected to that a question that will compel the interviewer to answer proudly and most willingly.

Some other examples that you may ask an interviewer:
a) ” the school is deemed to be one of the bests school,do you think it is the administration or the students or both?”
b) “It has been researched that the school yields good grades from the past 10 years, who do you think is to be glorified for it?”
c) “If you select me,i’d be honored to work for such  a great school, whose achievements i would like to be a part and work for more accomplishments for the school in the future, and be a part of developments and changes undertaken within the school,do you think there room for further development regarding the school?”

And so there is many questions you may ask the interviewer, but remember,it should be about the school you are applying to and a little research, getting a small amount of tips for teaching interviews always helps. Knowing something about their organization, authority, forum, teachers etc gives you an upper hand at creating questions and thus, can confidently place your questions before the interviewer. .
